A true bachelor pad with a blade roof cantilever to the western bay. Modern finishes with owner to first floor and guests to lower floor. Integrate a large pool with deck spaces to both levels. A mechanics garage for rebuilding boys toys adjoined by cinema room and bar. Find a cladding unlike any other.
