Large four storey super-house with large Pool, Lazy River, Spa, Wet Bar, Ten Pin Bowling, Gym, Sauna & Steam. Outside Dining with Pizza Oven and Argentinian BBQ. An Artificial Lawn area for bowls and Cricket. Cinema & Games Rooms. Family to upper level all with their own Lounge.  On the top of the mountain looking north over Airlie Beach to Double Cone Islands. Construction commencing May 2023.
